GolfCartX supplies replacement parts and accessories for Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha, Cushman, Star EV and Tomberlin golf carts. We are a manufacturer and exporter working from Dongguan, Guangdong, and we ship to golf cart owners, repair shops, dealers and fleet operators in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia.

Most of what we sell is built for a specific vehicle, not a generic fit. Every listing carries the OEM part number it replaces and the models it fits, because the difference between a part that works and a part that almost works is usually a few millimetres of mounting bracket or a different connector.

What we manufacture

Our range follows the systems that fail most often on a golf cart:

• Lighting and accessories: headlights, taillights, turn signals, mirrors, switches
• Suspension and steering: steering boxes, tie rods, bushings, leaf springs, king pins
• Motors and controllers: electric motors, speed controllers, solenoids, wiring
• Batteries and chargers: chargers, plugs, cables, battery hardware

• Tires, wheels and hub caps
• Acrylic and folding windshields, including custom sizes

OEM, ODM and custom windshields

We work directly with golf cart dealers, rental fleets and parts distributors on OEM and ODM orders. That covers parts built to your drawing, your branding on the packaging, printed inserts, and mixed cartons for a single shipment.

Windshields are the most common custom request. Send a drawing, a photo of the cart with a tape measure in frame, or the original windshield dimensions, and we will confirm the cut profile, thickness, tint and mounting before production. A sample can be made first, and production quantities follow after you approve the fit.

For bulk orders we quote per part and per quantity tier, with lead times that depend on whether the item is in stock or made to order. Tell us the models, years and quantities and we will come back with pricing, MOQ and a production schedule.

Fitment and quality control

Each production batch is checked against the OEM part number it replaces: housing dimensions, connector type, mounting hole spacing, voltage and current rating where relevant. Parts are inspected before packing, and windshield panels are checked for edge finish, clarity and hole alignment.

If a part does not fit the model listed on the page, contact us with your cart model, year and a photo. We will identify the correct part or arrange a return. Fitment questions are answered by people who work with these parts daily, not by an automated system.
