All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders.
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We may change prices without notice.
We strive for accurate product descriptions and images but do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Product weights and dimensions are approximate and provided for reference only.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when we ship the product.
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfer.
Payment is processed at the time of order placement or upon shipment, depending on the payment method.
For B2B bulk orders, bank transfer terms may apply. Contact us for wholesale pricing.

5. Shipping

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Electronic components and robotics parts are sold “as is” without warranty unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.
We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, modification, or integration of our products.
Our Site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You are responsible for ensuring products meet your technical requirements before purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GolfCartX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our Site or products.
